If you want to contact us by email, the data you provide will be stored in our CRM system Odoo for one year (for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in case of follow-up questions). We pass on this data. If the processing of the data is not carried out for the fulfillment of a contract with you or for the initiation of a contract, we process this data on the basis of our legitimate interest in answering your inquiry. In this context, your voluntarily disclosed personal data (name and email address) will be stored on MailChimp servers in the U.S.A. Your data will only be used to send you the ordered newsletter. You can unsubscribe from the delivery of MailChimp newsletters any time by clicking on the link at the end of the newsletter. We will then delete your data immediately in connection with the newsletter mailing.

We use the open-source CRM-software Odoo for the sale of tickets for our public events, such as seminars, workshops, and conferences, as well as for the accounting process. 9. Webshop

For the sale of marketing items, such as T-shirts, posters, etc., we use a webshop provided by Spreadshirt. The responsible body for the collection, processing, and use of your personal data is sprd.net AG, Gießerstraße 27, 04229 Leipzig, Germany. As part of the purchasing process, the IP data of the connection owner as well as the name, address, and credit card number of the buyer will be stored on the website there. 10. YouTube
