Andreas Müller

Born and raised in Bavaria, Andreas discovered his passion for sports and his team spirit early on. At the age of four, he began playing ice hockey and remains active to this day, whether jogging or working out in the gym. His professional journey initially took him to the Bavarian police administration, where he worked in IT for 13 years, managing technical systems and internal customer service.

In 2018, Andreas took a new step with his partner and their son: moving to Vienna and deciding to be a full-time dad and household manager for five years. This period shaped him as much as his professional experiences did.
At dwarfs and Giants, Andreas shines with his great organizational talent and a lot of attention to detail. His ability to create effective workflows while remaining flexible fits perfectly with the dynamic challenges in a self-organization lab.

What are the focal points of your work at dwarfs and Giants?

• Office coordination including correspondence  
• Management of all maintenance work  
• Administration and overview of all office and training materials  
• Data administration for digital products  
• Order processing and shipping of training materials  
• Support for internal and public events  
• Documenting internal processes in the internal knowledge database
   

Do you have a favorite ritual or habit that enriches your daily life?

Reading from a children's book to my son in the evening before sleep and integrating sports into my daily routine as often as possible - these are my personal strategies to stay balanced and focused.
