Julian Wolf

Julian studied sociology in Vienna and Basel, focusing early on organizational and group processes. He later earned his PhD at the University of Witten/Herdecke as part of the project “Decision-Making in Hospital Management”. His dissertation explored new networking strategies between executives and chief physicians—an area that continues to shape his work as a systemic consultant and Agile Coach. His key question: How can organizations best adapt to external dynamics and actively shape them?

In recent years, Julian has supported startups, SMEs, and corporations in their transformation processes, working closely with teams, product managers, and executives.

How did you get in touch with New Work?

For me, New Work and agility are the most natural ways to work. Achieving goals together while discovering new things can create incredible joy and energy. Anyone who has experienced that "click" when working with others knows what I mean. My passion is to make this experience accessible to as many people as possible and to help shape organizations in a way that makes it highly likely to happen.

Do you have a favorite ritual or habit?

Since I have an apartment with a rooftop terrace: Enjoying my morning coffee in the rising sun, sleepily gazing into the distance. 🙂
