Roland Wolfig

"How do organizations succeed, and when do people feel most fulfilled at work?". These questions have inspired Roland for a long time, and that’s why he made them his profession. Coming from a technical background and with a degree in Business Management (MBA), he found his way to Agile Transformation, Systemic Organizational Development and Group Dynamics. This enables him to take on and support various perspectives when it comes to developing organizations and the people within them.

Creating spaces where development can take place is both his task and his passion.
